Program Description
The CNC Programmer certificate program gives an overview of essential machine shop practices including machine safety, blueprint reading and part inspection methods. CNC machine programming, set-up and operation will be covered in-depth. Graduates will have skills necessary for entry-level employment in machine shop setting. Special emphasis placed on skills to transform raw material into finished parts. Students will apply techniques from lectures in machine shop setting.
