Application Procedure
Students must provide appropriate documentation. Enrollment forms are provided on the premises and may be completed at the first appointment. An on site meeting is required prior to acceptance into a program. Students must provide documentation of high school diploma or GED, a copy of a current driver's license or state issued ID card, proper all leather above ankle work boots and prescription eye-wear (if needed). Confirmation of tuition payment is required before acceptance is finalized.
