Applicants must provide necessary documentation. Enrollment forms are provided on the premises and may be completed at the first appointment. An on site meeting is required prior to acceptance into a program. Students must provide documentation of high school diploma or GED, a copy of a current driver's license or state issued ID card, proper all leather above ankle work boots and prescription eye-wear (if needed). Confirmation of tuition payment is required before acceptance is finalized.
