The Automation Technician Certificate builds upon the Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate and provides you with a foundation to work with more advanced automated manufacturing processes. This certificate will give you a solid foundation in the implementation and troubleshooting of motor controls, programmable logic controllers, and other associated automation systems. You'll also learn the basics of robotic systems. These skills will prepare you for a career working in a fast-paced modern manufacturing environment.
