Program Description
Earn your Administrative Office Skills Certificate and learn keyboarding, software applications, communication skills, and file and records management skills to apply in your current administrative position, or towards a new position as a receptionist, office assistant, office clerk, or in customer service. The Administrative Office Skills Certificate is stackable, meaning credits earned may be applied towards the Word Processing certificate, Spreadsheet certificate, Virtual Office Assistant certificate, Administrative Office Technologies certificate, and Administrative Office Technologies AAS.
The ICAPS program is designed to uplift and support Adult Education Students and provide an opportunity to obtain a college credit certificate or an industry recognized credential while having language and/or contextualized support from an Adult Education Instructor.
