Program Description
Criminal Justice professionals must be educated, skilled specialists to be able to cope with the various personal demands made by modern society. This Associate of Applied Science degree is designed to develop the skill, knowledge and attitude necessary to build a foundation to assist in employment or advancement as a law enforcement officer. The degree can also serve as a foundation for other associated prefessions such as probation, parole, corrections and social services, which require more advanced studies.
Please be aware that occupations in law enforcement have various requirements that may include physical agility, age limitations of applicants and corrected vision.
