Program Description

The Help Desk Specialist Certificate prepares you for an entry-level position at a company's help desk where you'll perform question/problem diagnosis and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment. You'll learn a wide range of subjects from Microsoft Excel to networking and operating systems, carefully designed to facilitate success in several certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel, CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MD-100, and Microsoft MD-101. Successful graduates are prepared to provide high-quality customer support and handle diverse IT issues in a help desk environment. Stackable MCC certificates in this program include: Help Desk Specialist Certificate > IT Specialist Certificate > Computer Network Support Specialist Certificate > Information Security Analyst Certificate building up to the Network Security AAS
