Students will learn to assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians to provide medical care to companion animals. Topics of instruction will include front office procedures as well as how to assist in examinations, hospital procedures, surgical preparation, laboratory tests, medical terminology, pharmacology, diagnostic imaging and client relations.
