Program Description
Students completing the AAS in Small Business Management will be prepared to find employment as entry level supervisors or managers. Students will be trained in general areas of policy interpretation, goal setting, decision making, communication marketing and management. They will learn the challenges of supervisory management with regards to recruitment selection, orientation, training and evaluation.
