Program Description
Paramedic students will receive didactic and clinical instruction to expand on their existing EMT-Basic knowledge and skills to provide extensive and advanced pre-hospital care. In addition, paramedic students will learn to administer medications orally and intravenously, interpret EKG's, treat cardiac dysrhythmia, and perform endotrachael intubations. Students will also be trained to use several types of bio-medical monitors and other complex medical equipment.
