Program Description
Construction management program is ideal for someone who has an interest in the Construction industry and processes. They will experience the materials and method of residential and commercial construction in addition to blueprint reading. They will gain knowledge regarding building construction, tap into the world of estimating utilizing various software, undertake project Scheduling/estimating that is done using actual construction documents of buildings that have been built. Construction technology is a big part of the industry, which will be addressed by utilizing various programs such as; Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam Revu and Oncenter On Screen Takeoff. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a commonly practiced method of project coordination and delivery experienced though utilizing 3D models
