Program Description
Microtrains Office Administration/Assistant 6 Accounting and Bookkeeping program was designed to give individuals pursuing a career in any number of office support positions the skills and knowledge needed to be successful. The program covers the relevant Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and also SharePoint! The program also teaches students Microsoft Project and QuickBooks to ensure marketable skills in a variety of industries. Basic Accounting principles are covered in addition to basic keyboarding skills. Finally we cover a variety of topics around Navigating Corporate America including customer service, e-mail etiquette, business writing and more. This program ensures that our students have all of the relevant skills necessary to be successful in office support roles of any kind!
