Program Description
Microtrain's IT Management program is specifically designed for students who are pursuing a career in an IT Management related field and need to expand their skill set. Our IT Management curriculum choices include: ITIL Foundations; Project Management (PMP or CAPM); MS Project, Managing Projects using Microsoft Project; MS SharePoint; Business Analysis; Certified Analytics Professional (CAP®); Tableau; any Amazon Web Services (AWS) courses; or cloud-based computing and unified endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Azure Fundamentals; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Developer (CSD), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) courses including (SAFe®) Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM), Leading SAFe®, Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA), SAFe® DevOps (SDP); AI-related courses; Digital Marketing, Salesforce® Marketing Cloud Administrator; Certified Supply Chain Professional; Crystal Reports; and Microsoft Office courses, as needed. If students need more technical, as well as managerial, credentials, they can choose, when appropriate: SQL; CompTIA certification courses; Cisco's CCNA, CCNP-Troubleshooting, CCNP-Routing, CCNP-Switching courses; VMware training; CISSP6Certified Information Systems Security Professional; Machine Learning using Python; and/or MS Role-Related Certifications or MTA, MCSA, MCSA, or MCSE courses, as needed.
This IT Management program allows the student to select any 3 of these courses to build the program that will best prepare them for a career as a IT Manager, Program Manager, or Executive.
