Harper College's Office Administrator CE certificate documents your comprehensive knowledge of key software applications utilized in the business world, and benchmarks your skill level to your employer.Prerequisites include Beginning Computer Keyboarding or the ability to type 20 words per minute and Intro to Microsoft Windows or equivalent experience. The program includes Intro and Intermediate Word, Intro and Intermediate Excel,Intro to Access, Intro to Powerpoint, Introto Outlook, Digital Communication Skills and requires the student to pass the Office Administrator Portfolio Workshop. Prerequisite: Introduction to Microsoft Windows or equivalent experience.

Application Procedure
WIOA and TAA students need to contact the Harper College Workforce Coordinator at (847) 925-6782 or WIOA@harpercollege.edu. A separate book voucher is required for Follett Bookstore #1341 on campus. Books can be ship if requested for a small fee. Each semester, all Cook County WIOA sending agency case managers must supply the Harper College Workforce Coordinator with a Semester Training Schedule Approval Form that lists the courses the client will be taking that semester, and this must match the client's Harper Educational Plan.4 The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $3,000.
