Program Description
This 22 credit-hour certificate program is designed for those currently employed in or seeking employment in finance departments,
banks, investment companies or other finance-related enterprises. The curriculum emphasizes developing the competencies necessary for supervisory and public contact positions in the finance field. (NOTE: The Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Administration includes a specialized study area for Financial Management. Please refer to Business Administration in the Harper Catalog if you are interested in pursuing a degree in this discipline.

Application Procedure
WIOA and TAA students need to contact the Harper College Workforce Coordinator at (847) 925-6782 or WIOA@harpercollege.edu. A separate book voucher is required for Follett Bookstore #1341 on campus. Books can be ship if requested for a small fee. Each semester, all Cook County WIOA sending agency case managers must supply the Harper College Workforce Coordinator with a Semester Training Schedule Approval Form that lists the courses the client will be taking that semester, and this must match the client's Harper Educational Plan.4
The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $5,000.

- Writing - Per College Placement Test Cut-off Scores
