The 21-credit hour Human Resources Management Certificate can increase your success in any industry and positively impact your career goals. This certificate will enhance your ability to manage talent, an organization's greatest asset. While pursuing the certificate, you will explore all critical human resources functions including HR planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, employment law, training and development, performance reviews, and compensation and benefits. Application Procedure
WIOA and TAA students need to contact the Harper College Workforce Coordinator at (847) 925-6782 or WIOA@harpercollege.edu. A separate book voucher is required for Follett Bookstore #1341 on campus. Books can be ship if requested for a small fee. Each semester, all Cook County WIOA sending agency case managers must supply the Harper College Workforce Coordinator with a Semester Training Schedule Approval Form that lists the courses the client will be taking that semester, and this must match the client's Harper Educational Plan.4 The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $5,000.

- Math - 9th grade level
- Reading - 9th grade level
- Language - Instruction in English
- Writing - Per required Compass cur-off scores
- Other - Fast Track advising and orientation are required for WIOA clients prior to start program
