Program Description

This 196 hour program is designed to provide the highest quality training in the shortest time possible. In addition to the CDL program, students are introduced to the operating rules and regulations that govern trucking operations along with Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Doubles/Triples and Tanker endorsement requirements. Upon successful completion of this program, students will receive their CDL Class A license along with three endorsements for operating specialized equipment.

Application Procedure

The student brings any sponsored documents that need to be completed to the PSC Academic and Career Development Advisor located in the Adult Training and Outreach Center. The documents are returned to the sponsoring agency (student) for issuance of the voucher. Once the voucher is received, the student registers in Enrollment services at the main campus. Next, they would take the voucher to the Business office (Main Campus) to have their account updated to reflect they are being sponsored. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $5,000.
