Program Description
Students who complete the Gateways ECE Level 3 certificate will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to be a more effective assistant teacher in a variety of early childhood programs with children ranging in age from birth to age eight. Upon completion of this certificate, students will be eligible to apply for the Gateways Early Childhood Education Credential Level 3 through Gateways to Opportunity. This certificate requires 18 credits from the Level 2 ECE coursework as well as 9 credits of general education electives. Requires 31 credit hours.
