Program Description
This for-credit program consists of seven courses that provide an introduction to supply chain management. Key topics include core technology skills and business/industry content. Students will learn both domestic and global issues in supplier and customer relations. Value-added product differentiation, cost management, and the basic professional skills required to succeed within this industry. Students participating in this program will gain background for entry-level and trainee positions, or if currently employed in the industry, enhanced professional knowledge and career advancement potential. Completion of all seven courses leads to awarding of the introduction to Supply Chain Management certificate.
