Program Description
Designed for individuals with little or no commercial driving experience, this program includes everything you need to receive a
Commercial Drivers License You will receive a Department of Transportation physical, Commercial Drivers License learners permit and endorsement preparation, Department of Transportation rules and regulations, log books, instruction in map reading and trip planning and complete vehicle training to prepare you for an entry-level position in the trucking industry In addition, the program includes the Class A Road Test, which is administered by the Secretary of State A minimum of 160 hours of instruction is
required Training is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm Students are required to take a physical/drug screening test For more information about current schedule and class fees, email CDLinfo@jjc edu or call (815) 280-6902.
