Program Description
This program heavily emphasizes hands-on application of technical knowledge and the development of professional skills including commercial shop experience along with a comprehensive program of subject area specific courses. The Automotive Service Technology program at JJC is recognized as one of the premier automotive training programs in the Midwest. Serving both the degree-seeking student as well as the professional technician seeking to upgrade their skills, our NATEF certified program offers an A.A.S. degree as well as several certificates to prepare the student for success in a wide variety of industry careers.
