Program Description
This program trains students to perform a full range of automotive technical functions including: diagnosis of mechanical and electrical problems, repair, and maintenance. Typically, technicians are hired by automobile dealers, independent repair shops, mass merchandisers, auto manufacturers, part and component distributors, and other service-oriented businesses. After completing the course work, students are encouraged to take the National Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Exams.
