Program Description

Our Electrical Technician course prepares students with the skills needed to begin working as a professional electrician. The program is nationally accredited through NCCER (The National Center for Construction Education and Research) and is designed to provide students with the education & training needed to qualify for entry-level positions in the field in as little as 1 year. The program is broken down into 5 Levels, NCCER Core and NCCER Level 1-4. The Electrical Technician training consists of 5 NCCER Levels: NCCER Core Level and NCCER Level 1-4. Upon successful completion of the program students receive a certificate of completion, National Accreditation through NCCER and an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification.

Application Procedure

HVAC Technical Institute is dedicated to training only those who truly want to be trained. Most important is the willingness to start today to learn for tomorrow. At registration, student must bring in the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D, Valid Drivers License or State I.D. issued by the state, and Proof of Social Security. Please note that an entrance exam is required for all enrolling students without a G.E.D or HS Diploma. All students who are interested in Financial Aid must fill out their FAFSA Application 1st on order for us to figure out what type of aid they will be receiving. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $8,000.
