Program Description
The Education Adults Certificate is a three-course program that helps HR professionals enhance their expertise in learning and development and talent development with specialized competencies in training and development of adult learners across various environments. Participants will develop their HR talent development skills in: adulting, facilitating, training design, and assessment. By completing this program, Hurman Resource Specialist solidify their credentials and position themselves as adept leaders in facilitating and fostering talent development within their organizations. Each of the courses is structured to provide knowledge and hands-on experience that directly translates into effective HR strategies and practices. To gain the certificate participants must successfully complete three courses. 1. Assessing Adult Learning, 2. Designing Educational Offerings, 3. Facilitating Adult Learning. Each course is 10 weeks. To receive the Educating Adults Certificate, you must successfully complete all three courses.
