Students in this program will learn Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management and ITIL methodologies. You will learn how to implement change management procedures (DMAIC), effectively manage risks and timelines, run project sprints, etc.
Upon completion of all certification exams, you will earn your: PMP, Certified Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL Foundations certifications.
