This program is designed to teach students how to work as a modern Business Analyst, Agile Coach, IT Director or Project Manager. You will learn how to write high level business process models and create use cases. In addition, you will learn how to incorporate a variety of Agile flavors and manage change. You may choose from any Business Analysis, Agile, ITIL, or DevOps course from our catalog to fulfill your course choices. Please note: this program is only offered to students who are eligible for a $20,000 grant.
