Program Description
The Advanced Certificate (AC) in Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Machining consists of 13 classes that total 37 credit hours. Students will earn nationally recognized credentials from the National Institute for Metal Working Skills (NIMS) and the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) certifications. The certificate was developed in conjunction with private sector manufacturing employers and will prepare the student for a position as a CNC Machine Operator. Completers can advance to the associates of applied science program.
