This program will recruit, prescreen, and provide pre-apprenticeship skills training to help people successfully transition into U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship programs.

The program provides the Climate Works Pre-Apprenticeship program and the Clean Jobs Workforce program with funding that can be utilized to provide student support services, wrap around services, and transition services that will help participants overcome financial and other barriers to successful clean energy careers.
