Step 1 - From FCRC to Partner Agency
Participant comes into FCRC and is interested in Employment and Training. The Initial assessment is completed and sent to Workforce Development.
Step 2 - Workforce Development Review
The Workforce Development team reviews the initial assessment. Potential matches are reviewed for best fit, distance to provider, and level of match on interests.
Step 3 - Referral
Workforce Development makes a referral to one or more providers based upon criteria matched.
Step 4 - Accept or Reject Referral
In the Referral section of the ISETS dashboard, partners can view the list of the referrals to their agency. The agency reviews the initial assessment and accepts the referral or rejects it. If the referral is rejected, Workforce Development will need to make another referral.
Step 5 - Accepted Referrals
Agency completes the Needs Assessment, enrolls the customer, and works on the Employment Plan.
Step 6 - Monthly Staffing/Billing
By the 15th of the month, the partner agency will have submitted documentation for the monthly staffing. Workforce Development will review customer eligibility and mark appropriately. Provider Managers will review and hold the Staffing Meeting and discuss customer progress and any inconsistencies in monthly reports. Provider Managers will then complete the staffing and approve all documentation for Billing to review.
Step 7 - Exits
As partner agencies continue to work with customers, activities and services should be added and updated until the customer gains employment and is able to exit from the program.
