Go to https://www.illinoisworknet.com/

Log into your Illinois workNet account

Go to 'My Dashboard'

Select 'Illinois Performance Accountability & Transparency System (IPATS)' under 'Partner Tools'

Access the LWIA Comparison using the header navigation

Using the LWIA Comparison Tool

Use the Graph View (default) to view visual representations of LWIA Comparison data.

Filters:

• Use the Performance Measures filter to view the different key performance measures in the graph.
• Use the Program Year and Quarter filters to view different date ranges of performance data.
• Use the Workforce Program filter to view data for the Adult, Dislocated Worker, or Youth programs. 
  
• Use the Organization filter to exclude or include Statewide and LWIA data in the graph. 
  

Hover over specific measure bar graphs to highlight that bar for all rows. 

Use the Export button to export data to an excel sheet.

Use the Table View to view a table of the LWIA Comparison data being used to make up the graphs.

• Data includes the current total for the following measures:
  
• Employment Rate Q2
  
• Employment Rate Q4
  
• Median Earnings Rate Q2
• Credential Attainment Rate
• Measureable Skill Gains
