Illinois workNet offers professional development courses, webinars, tutorials, and more for workforce and education partners through the Illinois workNet Learning Center. The Illinois workNet Learning Center allows partners to enroll in courses or webinars and utilize free resources on Illinois workNet tools to help their customers achieve their training and employment goals.

Enroll in Professional Development Courses Through Canvas

Partners can enroll into professional development courses on the Illinois workNet Learning Center page through Canvas. Canvas is a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) that allows Illinois workNet partners to access and manage online courses, stay-up to date on upcoming courses and webinars through announcements, download course certificates, digital badges, and more.

Training Video Tutorials

Watch webinar videos on Illinois workNet tools through Training Video Tutorials. Training Video Tutorials provide free access to tutorial videos on Illinois workNet tools like Employment 101, Customer Support Center, Skills & Interest Survey, and more. Through each tutorial, partners will learn about the purpose and how to utilize the tool to help their customers discover their interests and skills, create career plans, find jobs, and more.

In addition, the Learning Center provides additional professional development opportunities through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity (WIOA) Act Professional Development Committee.
