What is WIOA Policy?
The Department of Commerce, Office of Employment and

Training (OET), administers the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Trade Adjustment Assistance Programs (Trade Act of 1974 and it's Amendments). As administrator, OET issues policy guidance through its WIOA policy manual and workforce related information through its WIOA Notices.
