The Illinois Interagency Task Force on Homelessness & Community Advisory Council on Homelessness will deliver a strategic plan to Governor Pritzker and the IL General Assembly by March 30, 2022. The IL Office to Prevent and End Homelessness and the Supportive Housing Providers Association (SHPA) are partnering with communities throughout Illinois to gather input on what should be included in the State Plan. Please join us to provide feedback on how the State of Illinois can work across agencies and with communities to best serve people experiencing homelessness and housing security.
There will be numerous sessions held across Illinois. You are invited to attend your regional meeting in-person or via a streaming platform. There will be a cap on how many people can attend the session in-person. Please look to the registration for more details.
Persons experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability are encouraged to attend and will receive a $25 gift card for participation. To ensure resident voices are heard, there will be dedicated sessions for persons experiencing homelessness and housing stability only. People experiencing homelessness and housing instability are welcome to attend any session they chose. Please look to the registration for more details on these session.
Please note that COVID-19 protocols will be followed for all in-person sessions, including wearing masks and social distancing, additional protocols may be implemented based on individual site requirements.
