DART Deflection Launch and Training Event
The
DART Leadership Team is excited to invite you to the launch of the DART
Deflection Initiative, which will feature a training session. This event marks
a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to positively impact the
community, and we are thrilled to have you join us on this journey.
This
occasion celebrates the launch of DART and the commencement of deflection
referrals. Additionally, it offers hands-on learning as our dedicated DART team
delves into the intricacies of the deflection process. This gathering will
allow everyone to become familiar with one another and put faces to names,
especially as referrals begin to flow in.
WHO:
First responders and Community-based service providers. This
includes those who will refer individuals to deflection specialists and the
dedicated on-the-ground personnel responsible for accepting deflection
participants into various services. It encompasses all individuals actively
involved in deflection, including line staff and supervisors across the first
responders, treatment, and community sectors. Whether they are working on the
streets or part of broader network organizations, this invitation is extended
to all those actively involved in the crucial work of deflection.
