We’re currently hiring for a Sr. Systems Engineer, a key role responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise systems and technologies including VMware, Citrix, Active Directory, NetBackup, SQL, and SAN infrastructure. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the stability and performance of systems that support our clinical and business applications—including EPIC.

What You’ll Learn at the Virtual Job Fair:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting and enhancing Citrix and VMware server environments

  • Managing enterprise technologies such as DNS, DHCP, IIS, NetApp/EMC SAN, and Cisco UCS servers

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with large-scale Citrix and VMware environments

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and networking protocols

  • Experience with enterprise backup, storage infrastructure, and scripting for automation

  • The ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment

  • (Preferred) Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with HIPAA compliance
