Purpose
A. To transmit the policy and procedures to be used for participation in, calculation of, and distribution of PY 2000 WIA Title I Incentive Bonus Awards. These awards will be based on outcomes achieved for the 17 core and customer satisfaction performance measures required under Title I of the WIA.
B. To establish parameters under which a Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) would warrant sanctions, corrective action, and/or technical assistance.
