To provide information to all Local Workforce Innovation Boards (LWIBs) on the formula allocations for PY’16 for the Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth funding streams under Title 1B of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

April 19, 2016 - Please note that WIOA Notice 15-NOT-05 due date has been changed to May 15, 2016. This is a change from the initially distributed document of April 15, 2016 where the due date was May 2, 2016. Also a minor change has been made indicating that, “No funds under the header “Employment and Training Administration” may be used by a recipient or subrecipient to pay the salary and/or bonus of an individual, either as direct costs or indirect costs, at a rate in excess of Executive Level II, currently $185,100.” This is also a change from the initially distributed document of April 15, 2016 in which it indicated the rate was $181,100.
