April 19, 2016 - Please note that WIOA Policy Letter 15-WIOA-3.1 applies ONLY to funds under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Funds allocated under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) continue to be addressed by WIA Policy Letter 07-PL-41, Change 2, Local Plan Modifications. Also, this WIOA Policy Letter has changed to indicate that reporting in the Grant Reporting System (GRS) must be completed on or before July 20 of each year. This is a change from the initially distributed document of April 15, 2016, which indicated a due date of July 31.
