Purpose
A.To transmit the policy and procedures to be used for participation in, calculation of, and distribution of WIA Title I incentive bonus awards. These awards will be based upon outcomes achieved for the 17 core and customer satisfaction performance measures.
B.To establish parameters under which a Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) would warrant sanctions, corrective action, and/or technical assistance.
