Purpose

This is the transmittal of the revised tables for income guidelines. Attachment B – Income Guidelines for Determination of Low Income Status found in PY’06 WIA Notice No. 06-NOT-05 had calculation errors found in the current levels for size of family units of one (1) and two (2) that are corrected with this revised attachment. The tables are used for determining the status of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) income eligibility and for determining needs-related payments for the Clean Air Employment Transition Assistance Program and for determining self-sufficiency.
