<div class="ExternalClass65CA4EE9F2224A27A3089425C22490C9"><p> <img src="/News/PublishingImages/DCEO%20logo_colorseal2highresolution.jpg" alt="DCEO Website" class="ms-rtePosition-2" style="margin&#58;5px;width&#58;300px;height&#58;98px;" />DCEO is excited to have been selected to receive assistance through the US Department of Labor’s LEAD Center Initiative to enhance the workforce system’s ability to effectively utilize Customized Employment and Self-Employment strategies to improve outcomes for job seekers with disabilities and other job seekers with significant barriers to employment.<br>Registration for the Year One Group Discovery Facilitator Training is free of charge, but those participating must agree to co-facilitate at least one Group Discovery session within the six months of the training.</p><p>The November 12-13, 2013 training will provide an overview of Customized Employment, the Group Discovery process, and walk facilitators through the curriculum materials. Technical assistance will be provided to support facilitators in implementing Group Discovery after the training.</p><p>Note, this event is for case managers that work in an agency that serves people with disabilities and LWIA Case Managers.</p><p>
