​The June 25th, 2015 Supreme Court decision confirmed that individuals are still eligible to get financial help to lower the costs of health care regardless of whether their State Marketplace is run Federally or by the State. This means that consumers in every state will continue to be eligible for premium tax credits. Since meeting the costs of health care is a significant concern for many individuals and families, the June 25th Supreme Court decision helps to ensure health care access to all consumers.
