    Advancing the Development of Minority Entrepreneurship (ADME) Business Workshop

    Are you interested in starting your own business or becoming an entrepreneur but unsure of where to start? If so, be sure to register to attend the FREE ADME Business Workshop, presented by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, along with the Small Business Development Center. The workshop will take place July 24, 2018 from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM CDT at Bethel Family Resource Center in Chicago Heights. This workshop is designed to assist new business start-ups and help individuals who are interested in entrepreneurship. During the workshop, subject experts will address the needs of first time business owners and those who are looking to pursue entrepreneurships.  This workshop will also provide guidance on the certification process. The State of Illinois provides certifications for Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), and Person with Disability Owned Business Enterprise (PBE). Veteran Business Program (VBP) provides certification to Veteran and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
