The week of (April 16-22) is National Volunteer Week! This is a time to reflect and appreciate the effect that volunteering has on our communities and the challenges they experience. It is also a time to recognize and appreciate those volunteers who have gone the extra mile. Since 1974, National Volunteer Week has grown to include more volunteers, projects, and events throughout the country.
