​The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and Partners have announced 6 WIOA Peer Learning Groups (PLG). These PLGs involve individuals working together to discuss key WIOA implementation concepts, share promising practices and find solutions to challenges. According to the ETA announcement, PLGs are organized by topic, reflective of areas that are understood to be major challenges for system practitioners including:

• Customer Centered Design
• Integrated Service Delivery: Operations
• Integrated Service Delivery: Programs
• Strategic Boards
• Regionalism
• Youth Services

Starting in May 2016, the calls will occur once a month. If you are interested in participating, register today!
