<strong>July 31</strong><strong>^st</strong><strong> Strategies to Implement Successful Collaboration</strong></p><p>The Job Center of Lake County has successfully transformed itself into an effective, functional One-Stop Center with its core and required partners in the last two years. This session will show how two of the four core-partners--the College of Lake County and Lake County Workforce Development--have worked together to&#58; 1) improve information sharing; 2) initiate ways to integrate services such as TABE 11/12 assessment, job information sessions, and co-location; 3) increase referrals; and 4) implement ICAPS programs to transition students to college and the workforce.</p><p>Please
